Experience
Aside from my private practice, I have extensive experience working in local charity organisations providing one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling to individuals with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, bereavement and low self-esteem.
I worked for two years at the Kingston Women Centre and three years at The Counselling Partnership in Elmbridge.
I also have experience within the NHS mental health setting working in secondary care with adults with more complex needs.
I worked for two years as a mentor for Surrey Care Trust providing support to teens.
I use regular supervision, which is an ethical requirement for good practice.
